It’s been a long time coming but my new downhill bike is here!
Last week I visited Adrian Harvey (knee surgeon) who gave me the thumbs up. This meant I could up the anti and get on a downhill bike again…
I have now teamed up with Cycle Experience. Ross and his team at the headquarters in the New Forest have sourced me a Giant Glory O for the remainder of this season. This is the bike that I will take to Mexico in October for the last stop of the City Downhill world series. Watch this space to see my full review on the bike next month. I can so far tell you all that it’s the best freeride/ downhill bike I have ever ridden!
Thanks to Nick and his team over at Scimitar Sports for building me this awesome new race jersey, the colours are rather different from last years but match the new bike and will be a tad brighter on the tracks!
